NCS - National Citizen Service Trust | Jul 2018 - Aug 2018

Team Leader

Started as a team assistant and was promoted to Team Leader for my engagement, reliability, time management and organization.  Effectively supervised a group of 30 young people (15 – 17-year-old) during 1 week in Scotland, 1 week at a university campus and 2 weeks during the volunteering project. Gained a first-aid certificate from the FA, a full DBS check and a safeguarding certificate from NSPCC.
