I am in charge of a team in the Trim Shop Production line. I am responsible for scheduling, making repairs, training new associates, and daily torque and beam readings. I am responsible for developing kaizens to better help my associates with processes while maintaining uptime, quality, and safety. I am the back up Group Leader who handles responsibilities for the whole line if my Group Leader is dealing with other issues or is absent.

I was responsible for training new managers throughout the Mid West. I was part of a management team that was the first to receive a max of 14 Points in the store grading metrics (Drive Times, Guest Comments, Inventory, Cash Management, etc.) I was in charge of inventory management (ordering new product, inventory counts, etc.) I helped the District Manager do orientation for all new associates at every store in the district.
