As a member of the academic staff at Botswana Accountancy college, I am responsible for educating and aiding students to develop their understanding of Economics and Research and Data Analysis and to prepare them for careers in their chosen fields. Key Achievements: -Researched all essential material for delivering college lectures to undergraduate students in Economics, Business Mathematics, Mathematics for Economics, and Research and Data Analysis modules. -Presented each lecture in a clear and concise manner. -Communicated with students and answered any queries they had in relation to module content. - Supervised and guided final year students as they completed their dissertations. - Consistently saw pass grades of over 80 percent in one particular module lectured in. - Worked alongside co-workers to achieve the title of best department within the college for three consecutive years.

Assigned my first role as a lecturer in the Department of Health Care Service Management at Boitekanelo college. Duties in this position included effectively educating undergraduate students in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics, in addition to following individual student’s progression throughout the module. Key Achievements: - Carried out administration duties such as induction programming and liaised with members of various boards and committees. - Utilised strong organisation abilities to arrange all student tests, assignments and examinations.
