Compliance Officer (starting from June 2022) o Management of AML activities (KYC, KYS, Due Diligence) o Prepare risk assessment regarding local processes and incidents for the Group o Strong cooperation with group-level superiors and other Compliance Officers within the Group on an international level o Management of the daily operation in line with professional standards, cooperation with other departments, supervision thereof, and advisory activities o Registration and management of internal regulations (including ESRM) o Following group-level regulatory - and legal environment changes and sending information on these findings to the relevant units o LOD2 level control function o Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, participate in committees Senior Credit Risk Analyst o Acting as KYC Analyst within Risk Department since 2017 (KYC, KYS, Due Diligence, cooperation with AMLO on decision-making process) o Evaluating and rating the credit risk of counterparties for decisions, based on both local and international standards o Analysis of financial data, and all relevant information to assess the creditworthiness of customers and vendors o Prepare proposals to reduce credit risk during assessment (even for special leasing deals such as aircraft financing and other large-scale deals that needed group-level approval) o Decide on new facilities, reviews, and collaterals below own authority level
