Technical Manager

I worked in the support unit training hospital staff on how to use an EMR. I attended to technical issues with computer systems and I also did a lot of data entry using Google docs, spreadsheet and Excel. In some cases I had to do some data cleaning making use of Google spreadsheet. I submitted reports using Slack. I also made use of Microsoft Office apps to create and send in reports
