Customer Churn Analysis Tools: Python(pandas, matplotlib), SQL Highlight: Analysed 50,000+ customer records using SQL and Python to identify key drivers of churn in a telecom company. Conducted cohort and correlation analysis, revealing that customers who contacted support more than twice in a month were 3x more likely to churn. Insights led to a revised customer engagement strategy, reducing churn by 12% in months.
