As well as obtaining insights related to medication usage, adherence, patient outcomes, detect inconsistencies, and prescription errors. ● Develop impactful public health campaigns to promote disease prevention, health promotion, and medication safety by educating patients and the community about preventive measures, vaccination programs, proper medication use, and treatment adherence. ● Manage infectious diseases by collaborating with infectious disease specialists to optimize antibiotic therapy, prevent antimicrobial resistance, and promote appropriate antibiotic use in the hospital setting through expertise in antimicrobial stewardship programs. ● Develop and implement pharmacovigilance programs; monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions, medication errors, and other drug-related events, to identify emerging safety concerns and ensure continuous drug safety monitoring for the benefit of the patient. ● Provide education and counseling on medication use, empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare management, promoting medication adherence, and ensuring safe and effective medication use. ● Use statistical and other analytic techniques to manage inventory, procurement and analyze drug usage in the hospital. ● Work with the head of pharmacy department and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis reports. ● Create reports and presentation dashboards to showcase data insights to the director and stakeholders. ● Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to integrate data analysis insights into the decision-making process in the pharmacy and hospital. ● Maintain up-to-date data analysis techniques and technologies to improve the pharmacy's data.
