GRS Systems Administrator & Workforce Planning Officer

- Conducted UAT testing for new developments. Raised change requests and any system issues with the software provider. - Reduced bonus expenses by 30% average over 2 years via weekly review and adjustment to timesheet claims. 3000-5000 lines of data processed over 2 days each week. - Decreased workload via email queries by 18% in 4 weeks by updating automatic response to include troubleshooting instructions FAQ responses. - Delivered system training to various levels of seniority. Updated and distributed all user manuals regarding the use of all aspects of the system for greater user experience. - Produced SOP document in order to provide transparency and resilience in the organisation, whilst adhering to the quality department's policy.

Agile Project Manager / Product Owner - Software Implementation

Implemented bespoke SaaS projects for a varied client base including government and public sector, utilities and financial services. Projects included: - Auto anonymisation of data via the system to comply with GDPR guidelines and our client's (government agency) policies. - Introduction of scorecard functionality that enabled the recruiter to highlight key candidates and process them quickly and effectively, resulting in a faster response to the candidate. - Revamp of invoice design and functionality, created automatically by the system for multiple sites. Key achievements: - Refined the product backlog and reduced the number of open tasks from 300+ to 33 in 2 months. - Increased productivity by 20% in one sprint (average as evidenced on sprint reports) by introducing and facilitating sprint retrospectives and the correct use of MoSCoW prioritisation. - Acted as Scrum Master following Agile PM certification.

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust | Aug 2016 - Aug 2017

Planning and Forecasting Manager

Projects included: - GRS implementation. Trained my team of 6. Created and distributed user guides. - GRS/Skillstream interface - Led the field mapping, completed all UAT testing, created and distributed user guides to all potential users. The GoLive was delivered with a 95% success rate, the other 5% a minor bug which was resolved 1 day later. Other key achievements: - Reduced spend on private providers by >£300,000 in 1 year via detailed review and analysis of demand vs shift publication. - Decreased costs by £3.4k per month (average) by introducing tiered publication for external resources. I also wrote the business case for this. - Introduced a task planner to provide structure, motivation and accountability to the planning team. - Designed a new rota for 6 staff in 3 months, resulting in increased staff coverage (>95%). I implemented this 2 weeks ahead of schedule as staff were satisfied with the proposal. - Line managed a team of 6, helping to improve recording of predicted and actual staffing levels. This led to a decrease in the excess resource hours above predicted demand and therefore a reduction in excess costs.

- Received a bronze make a difference award for assisting a customer who experienced a medical emergency. Due to my quick action the customer received life saving treatment. - Received a silver make a difference award for assisting an injured customer, resulting in a delayed finish time (3.5 hours later than planned).
