Royal Air Force (RAF) | Jan 2020 - Present

Commissioned Officer

Passed rigorous selection and excelled at the Royal Air Force Officer Training Academy before deploying to aid the NHS during the Covid-19 Pandemic and showcased leadership and management skill. Integrated swiftly into the NHS and enacted changes to the vaccine rollout across the North West of England solving logistics problems, reducing vaccine wastage and improving vaccine uptake, by devising and enacting plans collaboratively and decisively, liaising excellently with multiple agencies and briefing senior leaders confidently.

Data Analyst and Treasury Lead

the 5,000 clients and over £10 million of weekly transactions, reduce error rate in payments and improve treasury management. This was achieved quickly with SQL knowledge, attention to detail and desire for efficiency across the company's 100 bank accounts in 30 currencies. This allowed time and capacity to adapt the CRM database, automating payments from it into the treasury spreadsheet and redesigning records.

Data and Systems Analyst

Recruited into Engine House Media to sell advertising but moved into the technological problem-solving role of Systems and Data analyst. Identified the need to learn SQL and Excel skills to add value. Planned and designed improvements to the CRMs relationships and functionality then implemented these with the director's vision in mind. Improved reporting on sales distributions and forecasting by introducing new record types. Automated regular updates to the client records and sales pipelines to reduce the number of clients missed per sale cycle, generating more revenue.
