I worked as the traffic manager for CreativeDrive in their joint venture with Gutenberg Global. I worked in the TV and online department, managing the workload of a team of editors. • Planning, trafficking and resourcing: I shaped the optimal resource delivery models to best meet international clients’ needs in the distribution of TV and digital content • Data analysis: I used data to inform and ensure that resources were optimally load balanced across both creative services and project management functions. The decisions I made were commercially sound. I worked alongside finance to ensure resource costs were forecasted and planned.

I was responsible for scheduling production orders, and managing operational work queues to facilitate the delivery of content and digital assets all over the world.

Client Services Administrator

I worked as an administration assistant for a number of Pro Active Personnel’s clients; primarily for the mobile phone company Vivio (December 2014 - May 2015). I liaised with Vivio's sales agents and account managers and advised them on how major clients such as Levi Strauss, Bentley and BMW could maximise cost effectiveness on their O2 phone bills.

Development Researcher

I recently undertook a short work experience placement at TwoFour where I helped to develop a variety of factual entertainment and documentary shows for channels such as BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Discovery and Sky Arts. I was the lead researcher on a show about the Royal National Lifeboat Institution for BBC called ‘Saving Lives at Sea’, and a show about innovative product design for Sky Arts.

I wrote advertising copy part time for CrowdSource's travel clients to entice holidaymakers into booking vacations with them. I also wrote copy for Secret Hotels.
