HR Analyst / HR Data Analyst

Leveraging advanced analytics tools, we'll transform raw HR data into actionable insights. We'll use a combination of SQL, R, Python, Excel, and Power Query to cleanse, integrate, and restructure data from diverse sources. Complex data manipulations will be streamlined through SQL queries, while R and Python will be employed for statistical analysis and machine learning modeling. Power Query will enable us to automate data cleaning and transformation tasks, ensuring efficiency and reproducibility. In Power BI, we'll craft insightful dashboards using DAX measures and enhance visualizations with Deneb custom visuals, providing a clear and interactive view of key metrics and trends. Machine learning models will predict employee turnover, performance, and engagement, identifying actionable areas for HR intervention.
