Consumer Insight Officer

Spearheaded the data unification efforts of ULCH. With the help of the Corporate IT, built a data warehouse and data visualization system that centralized the data access of users from the around the organization. Worked on cleaning and formatting the initial data set ingested in the system. Also did ongoing work on updating and adding new data sets to the data warehouse. Created a crowd-sourced competitive intelligence reporting and monitoring system. This addressed the data and knowledge gap of ULCH brands when it comes to systemic tracking of competitive brand activities. Designed the user interface and the data structure of the system. Worked with CIT to develop the system and headed the pilot test as well as the full system launch. Also worked on maintaining the system and troubleshooting user issues. Revamped the knowledge repository site of consumer and marketing research studies for ULCH. Designed the user interface of the site and the file system structure based on past usage of the previous version. Worked with CIT to add quality of life improvements in the site that enabled easier upload of files in the system and better file discoverability for end-users.

Primary task is to support brand activities by providing insights and recommendations based on various Qualitative and Quantitative studies which range from the standard Brand Health Tracking to customized BTL evaluation studies.

Client Service Executive

Handled various FMCG clients such as Procter & Gamble and Mondelez Philippines. Did integrated category reviews specializing on retail audit data. Also did ad-hoc analyses and reports for clients which are used for their marketing and trade initiatives. Co-headed a special fuel station census project. Organized the data structure of the final client report based on client research objectives.
