Human Resources Business Intelligence Analyst

As part of the HR Technology & Platforms team, the focus of this role is aimed at supporting implementation of a global strategy for HR Business Intelligence, driving key deliverables to execution such as HR dashboards and reports. I use my experience in the areas of HR data quality and architecture, HR reporting, people analytics, project management, Agile (SCRUM), business process analysis and my ability to influence and drive change in a global organization. My Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities • Support HR business to incorporate needs, pain points of operations, customer feedback and most importantly, external trends into their deliverables • Work with corporate and regional teams to deploy HR BI dashboards and reports • Understand HR data flow and systems for building automated reporting and analytics needs • Provide subject matter expertise on data quality, data use, and data warehousing • Manages global deliverables of HR BI products ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in scope. • Research (internal and external) best practices and leading technologies that can be used to drive employee’s insights. Define, document, and communicate when and how local geographies can adjust processes to comply with regulatory needs. • Work with People Services Product Owners, People insights and other HR Technology Leaders to support implementation of HR BI solutions.

Foster care case management is provided in cooperation with the Children's Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Great Circle’s case managers work closely with foster children, their biological families, and foster families to find a safe, permanent home for every child. Permanency plans may include reunification with biological parents, guardianship or kinship care and adoption. Other alternative arrangements, such as independent living, are used for older youth when a viable permanency plan is no longer an option. Services: •Case management •Connection to community resources •Individual and family support •Family Finding During my time as a FCCM worker, I worked with numerous great people and helped out some great families. Some homes were broken and fixed and others were created. I learned a lot about human nature and how important the worker are to the lives of all that they touch.
