Service Engineer

- Provided technical support to customers for installation, operation, and maintenance of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) such as Stacker crane, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Rail-Guided Vehicles (RGV), conveyor, and racking system. - Created and executed preventive maintenance and inspection schedules for ASRS to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. - Diagnosed and resolved technical issues in machines and identified root causes of problems to prevent recurrence. - Conducted commissioning of new ASRS installations, testing and verifying system functionality and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Created documentation of all work performed, including service reports, maintenance schedules, and project plans.
