Jointly responsible for the business as a whole. Personal responsibilities and achievements include: • Creating a new website for the business and working on SEO to improve rankings. • Choosing and setting up new accounting and CRM systems. • Managing all bookkeeping and accounting aside from final accounts submission. • Communicating with clients, from responding to initial queries and providing quotes, to finalising bookings and assisting with event planning. • Communicating with freelance workers, including assigning work, calculating rates and paying invoices. • Overseeing the acquisition of further assets including furniture and vehicles, and the subsequent expansion of the business.

• Reconciling balances with every LB group partner once a month (including manual statement preparation), resolving any issues or queries, on a sole responsibility basis. • Monitoring all recharges between LB group partners and reviewing intercompany payments. • Invoice creation, reconciliation and project monitoring for several intercompany projects. • Recording freelancer invoices for three partner companies.
