Information Analyst - Automation Specialist

As an Automation Specialist in Information Services, I have a proven track record of leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. I have extensive experience working with data warehousing and reporting, and have a deep understanding of how to use tools like Power BI and SQL to create powerful, automated solutions. As part of the RADAR Team, I was responsible for automating routine and daily reports, modernizing existing reports by converting old excel reports to Power BI reports with scheduled data refreshes and rewrote the SQL used in excel reports that are hosted on Sharepoint to use schema views to enable automatic data refresh when users open them. This approach helped to remove the need for manual data refreshes, freeing up resources for the department to focus on developing new reports and improving existing reporting. I am a dedicated and results-driven professional who is committed to delivering high-quality work and helping organizations achieve their goals through the use of automation and technology. As an Automation Specialist in Information Services, I have a proven track record of leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
