- Acted as Product Manager leading cross-functional agile team of 9 staff (software engineers, business analysts, end-users and client leadership) to implement Appian automation solutions contributing to $300,000 in annual labor cost savings. - Planned, analyzed, designed, developed Microsoft PowerApps application for the Department of State (DoS) to facilitate country requirements necessitated by COVID-19 including meeting with stakeholders to determine business requirements and functionality of application. - Worked with DoS network team in order to deploy MS PowerApps application solution to DoS servers. - Developed SharePoint databases in order to connect to application and use from a user and admin standpoint from the application. - Provide on-site client support for FAA management and development of Oracle’s Corporate Investment Management System (CIMS) for the Federal IT Dashboard. - Coordinate and communicate with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and FAA to perform validations and budget submission to the Federal IT dashboard. Create and deliver reports to the Program Manager. - Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assessment testing (QAT) for development and test environments to implement updates and changes to the production environments. - Provide systems analysis, configuration changes, and systems updates for Oracle Project Portfolio Management (OPPM) applications, web servers, and database upgrades. Also upgrade OPPM tool for developing and testing of Production Management System environments. - Review system file logs (IIS logs, Event logs, and Prosight logs) and perform testing and maintenance checks to verify servers and applications work correctly, securely, and within budget. - Lead team meetings for strategy planning, application upgrades, and updating new requirements.
