Working with the Global Advertising's Technology team in a Business Analyst role focused on three main priorities: 1. Gather, record and share product requirements between vendors, operating businesses and global product owners to ensure alignment throughout smooth delivery of ad tech roadmap. 2. Define, design and share suite of benefit-led product documents to clearly and concisely communicate the value added by our products for Telefónica's operating business, for advertisers and for end customers. 3. Accompany local Brazilian advertising team (Vivo) at sales meetings to gather market feedback first-hand and translate into change requests for iterative product improvements or to propose new products.

Telefónica Digital | Aug 2013 - Feb 2014

Product Marketing, JetSetMe

An internal startup working with Big Data to create value for customers and businesses using network-based location data in financial services and travel. I worked on value chain analysis for the credit card market, a consumer trial marketing plan and managed our 3rd party partner whilst building a tactical solution. Beyond that, it was my responsibility to identify root cause of errors/outages in our solution and then contact the relevant internal/external parties to resolve any issues within established SLA timeframes - developing greater fluency with network/messaging architecture end-to-end.

Telefónica Digital | Mar 2013 - Aug 2013

Business Analyst - Smart Metering UK

As part of the 50+ bid team, I condensed large volumes of technical information into clear, concise documentation delivered to tight deadlines on a daily basis - with several documents* submitted in the final, winning bid response worth £1.5bn over 15 years. I also lead the compilation of the larger Service Management evidence question, managed the work of a Talentum intern and built case studies from Financial Services/MVNO Service Managers interviews. (*including pieces on Telefónica UK's Eco-rating programme, Knowledge Mgmt, Network History and Customer Experience Reporting).

Telefónica Digital | Aug 2012 - Feb 2013

Product/Programme Manager

During my first six months at Telefónica Digital I worked within the Communications Product Design team as Programme Manager for Mobile Landline (a virtual phone service for SMEs) and Assistant Product Manager for TU Go (an app-based service to use your O2 number on tablets, laptops and make calls over wifi). As Mobile Landline's Programme Manager I developed relationships with several of Telefónica's operating businesses in Europe and Latin America (ARG/IRE/GER/UK), coordinating the work of Technical/Commercial Managers to reiterate our proposition with OB feedback. I pitched the commercial model to the ARG Product Owner and ran an internal trial for MEX/GER – overall developing an understanding of the challenges to gain business buy-in for global products at local level. As Assistant Product Manager for TU Go, I spoke to our development team in Spain daily to raise, address and reprioritise issues for iOS/Android/PC. I monitored these issues online via bug-fix lists and reported new bugs found through testing into JIRA. I managed our O2 UK trial, shaped the PC app redesign and overall developed a greater appreciation for the level of care and attention to detail required to plan, perfect and launch a commercial product of global standing.
