Mechanical Engineer

• Involved in 5 plant shutdown maintenance, execute opening works of more than 400 UPVs involving reactors, drums, towers and heat exchangers for DOSH inspection to renew CF. • Reduce the monthly maintenance cost by 5% by clos-ing more than 8000 work orders from static and rotating equipment • Familiar with ASME Code, API, TEMA and ISO. • Involved in EPCC of new pumps with capacity of 50m3/hr installation and existing pumps relocation project and able to reduce the maintenance frequency of the current pump by 70%. • Lead a team of 3 engineers in plant shutdown maintenance planning and execution. • Involved in HAZOP study of plant process for static and rotating equipment • Assisted in preparation of documents for DOSH plant regulatory inspection • Involved in maintenance and improvement project for damaged equipment post-incident
