This project aimed to significantly enhance user engagement and satisfaction by providing accurate, real-time responses to client inquiries. We also integrated machine learning techniques to continually improve the system's accuracy and relevance, adapting to UBS clients' evolving needs and preferences. This Intelligent Question Answering System was designed to seamlessly integrate with existing UBS digital platforms, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Throughout the project, we prioritized data security and compliance with industry regulations, ensuring that our solutions met UBS’s high standards for client confidentiality and ethical AI practices. The successful deployment of this system resulted in increased client engagement, reduced response times, and enhanced overall customer satisfaction at UBS, supporting their mission of providing top-tier financial advice and solutions globally

We developed sophisticated customer segmentation models using state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and cloud technologies, enabling T-Mobile to tailor marketing strategies and service offerings to distinct customer segments. These models analyzed vast customer data, identifying patterns and insights that drove personalized marketing campaigns and improved customer engagement.
