In my role at WorldStrides Global, I spearheaded multiple new product initiatives and successfully managed Profit & Loss for new business ventures. Portfolio: 1. Ivy League Camps (now WorldStrides Global Camps, part of WorldStrides Global): • Founded Ivy League Camps, which grew into one of China's largest English Language summer programs. • Designed an engaging activity menu, a unique curriculum approach, and diverse learner experiences, including the remarkable opportunity to participate in projects alongside retired NASA astronauts. • Formulated learning and development strategies that ensured a continuous stream of qualified seasonal staff. • Devised an effective marketing strategy and sales funnels, contributing to the concurrent enrollment of over 1,500 participants in 5 cities each summer • Engineered robust operational processes and procedures, creating a model that was replicated across multiple sites in three cities. 2. Talent Academy English: • Collaborated with a team of European developers and academic consultants in the United States to devise an innovative English Language program for 5-6-year-olds, integrating offline instructions, online interactive exercises, and live instruction via a proprietary platform. • Attained full functional parity with competing products in the market. • Successfully delivered the MVP and pilot launch of the program.

Participated in all product development, sales, and marketing initiatives needed to get a start- up company off the ground; primarily balanced 3 hats - BD (to get deals), Product Management (to create localized products), and Project Management (to deliver on deals). • Sourced, structured, negotiated and closed multiple licensing deals and partnerships with strategic partners, including China Publishing Group, Foshan Education Bureau, Trumptech (HK), Talent Academy • Produced localized versions of Twig's short films through a network of freelance creatives and post-production companies • Created 2 China-focused products by translating needs between users, partners, dev, production, sales and marketing, across UK and China, and managing local product roadmaps • Produced 30+ in-depth OMIS reports on macro-environment, demographics, market, and competition that served as the foundation to Twig expanding in 15 territories worldwide • Worked closely with the CEO to execute the first business plans that generated the company’s early revenues in the UK market
