Consumer Behaviors Analysis – KSA National Day • Filtered the data for the last week of Sep’22 in order to analyze the engagement on Promotion Flyers of National Day theme • Performed a comprehensive engagement analysis of approximately 266K monthly offers in a wide range of categories, subcategories, Items, and products using SQL subqueries, Joins and Advanced Excel • Analyzed the Clickstream Data of 200 million events per month on the Clicflyer App, collated actionable insights using BigQuery and multiple visualization tools covering consumer buying behaviour and purchase propensity Data Extraction & Manipulation • Fetched Product and Packunit data of Gulf Corporation Council with different SKUs of the last 2 years, refined data to retain 0.5K unique combinations of Product and Packunit from 1.5K using Excel Lookup, If-else functions, and Pivot Table • Reduced the combinations to 33% of the total, and increased the efficiency of Data Entry team with an accuracy of more than 95% Dashboarding and Reporting • Created dashboards to track MAU, WAU, and DAU of 1.5Mn new users of ME Countries on the Clicflyer App by using CLICDATA • Worked on the Internal dashboard and kept a record of live Clicflyer Search Results having a total search text count of 0.7 million
