A 6-month company-wide transformation project contract after finishing my MBA degree. Grha Mekatama Telindo is a holding company having businesses in the industrial water treatment, healthcare, and education sectors. Strategic Support: * Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives. * Conduct research and analysis on key business issues and provide recommendations to the CEO. * Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions to increase company's revenue. * Assist CEO and the BOD's to secure funding for business expansion projects.
