Uber | Jan 2023 - Jul 2023

Operations Intern | Uber for Business

Created Sales forecasting model for Uber for Business to reach quotas as of H2 2023. The model was Rolled out Globally. I developed Sprints for NEE sales team to achieve 156% of Quota and top position in EMEA. Another aspect was that I had to negotiate conflicting interests and navigated challenges from 3 key stakeholders to reduce project turnaround. Furthermore I wrote and automated PrestoSQL queries resulting in 16 hours reduced workload weekly. I also build a LookerStudio dashboard for country managers to visualize client data and industry trends. Increased team visibility and achieved an average 12% increase in sales income weekly by applying time series analysis and predictive analytics. Enhanced my presentation skills by presenting weekly performance numbers to the NEE sales team. Supported with GTM strategies with my executive summaries of the region,country, and city numbers.
