I was responsible for leading teams of 3D artists and software developers, coordinating efforts to create innovative visual effects software plugins and 3D assets. I established and scaled the business to six figures per year by implementing various content marketing strategies based on a deep understanding of the visual effects industry’s needs. My role also involved analyzing sales, viewership, and customer demographic data to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities. I made data-driven decisions to prioritize product development and marketing strategies, ensuring our efforts were both targeted and effective. Additionally, I led content marketing campaigns, using data analysis to optimize outreach and achieve the best results. By editing engaging content to promote our products, I contributed significantly to the company's growth and market presence.
