- Managing partner’s relationship including Lenovo, Microsoft, HP, etc. and Lenovo service center authorization program. ‐ Managing the entire ESS product line life cycle from sales phase to support phase for the entire portfolio including but not limited to end user devices (laptops, desktops, workstations), servers, storages, hyper-converged, backup and restore software, etc. ‐ Attend customer meeting and support sales team close several deals. ‐ Attend Pre‐tender meeting, Analyze Tender documents and develop technical proposals & accurate BoQ “Bill of Quantities” for bids to prospective clients. ‐ Managing customers and prospective customer relationship, Managing Customer contracts and orders. ‐ Supervise service center technical team ‐ Responsible for meeting department sales targets, supplier yearly targets - experience with P&L sheets, sales funnel, customers invoices, payment collection.
