This comprehensive four-month program was designed to elevate the expertise of professionals in the rapidly evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Key Responsibilities: • Developed and curated the curriculum focused on foundational and advanced AI/ML concepts, ensuring a blend of theoretical and practical knowledge. • Facilitated interactive workshops and hands-on sessions on data science methodologies, AI/ML algorithms, and state-of-the-art tools including PyTorch. • Guided participants through real-world projects and case studies, fostering an environment of collaborative learning and problem-solving. • Provided mentorship and career guidance to participants, helping them understand AI/ML career pathways and preparing them for future job opportunities.

As the Regional Startup Community Builder for Grameenphone Accelerator, I had the distinct privilege of orchestrating the “Jelay Jelay Smart Uddyokta” Regional Design Bootcamp—a cornerstone event under Grameenphone’s flagship initiative to catalyze startup innovation in Bangladesh. My role was instrumental in scouting and nurturing budding entrepreneurs from the Sylhet region, an area burgeoning with untapped potential and innovative minds eager to address local challenges through technology and entrepreneurship. Key Responsibilities: • Identifying Innovative Startups: Scouting and selecting promising startups with innovative solutions from the Sylhet region, focused on addressing local challenges. • Organizing Information Sessions: Planning and conducting informational meetings to introduce potential participants to the bootcamp’s objectives, structure, and benefits. • Hosting the BootCamp: Facilitating the entire BootCamp event, including managing logistics, coordinating with speakers and mentors, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. • Mentoring Startup Founders: Providing ongoing mentorship to founders, offering guidance on business strategy, pitch refinement, and investment acquisition. • Networking and Partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with local educational institutions, industry experts, and potential investors to support the startup ecosystem.
