Also acts as a Safety Officer of technicians during mall and tenant incidents. • Contributed to different Emergency Response Manuals (LPG Leak, Fire Emergency, Earthquake, Typhoon) and have a role on Power Plant Mall Emergency Response Team. • In-charge with the 30th billing of Rockwell Locators Utilities (Electricity, Water, LPG) and Tenant Compliance. Increased revenue earned through tenant compliance by 15% in 2021 and arrange that all 320 tenants are 100% compliance to the engineering house rules and safety guidelines.

Also, oversees daily operation routine of equipment. • Provided in-house estimate, implementation, CAPEX/OPEX budget monitoring and execution of the project. • Responsible in monthly billing, inventory of supplies, and purchase/job request via SAP-ERP. • Member of the Emergency Response Team, First-aider, Fire and Earthquake Marshal of Vista Mall Dasmarinas.
