Job Description: Develop and maintained database using Tableau, Google analytics. Collaborate with stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure business and technology alignment. Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry for better sales. Identify new and potential products, collected, and examined data on established customers, marketing channels. Collect, clean and provide modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured data used for major business initiatives and complete focus groups to analyze roughly 50 client data and guide strategies to increase software. Manipulate and clean data using MySQL and SQL and provide an insight to perform cohort analysis where an opportunity is identified to decrease pricing by 15% for a certain segment of users. Visualize data using Tableau and present visually impactful dashboards to gain useful insights to the company and customers and data reporting was done using MS Excel pivot tables. Organize, analyze, and communicate findings to the senior level.

Project Manager

I collaborated with healthcare companies to develop predictive models using data analytics and data science. My goal was to employ algorithms for predicting patient outcomes and identifying individuals at risk of specific illnesses, such as sepsis or readmission within 30 days of hospital discharge. In my projects, I collected a comprehensive dataset consisting of blood glucose readings and associated inputs like nutrition, exercise, and medication. Data was sourced from wearable technology, patient self-reporting, and electronic health records. Using feature engineering techniques like principal component analysis and correlation analysis, I with my team selected relevant attributes for the prediction model. To predict blood glucose levels, we utilized supervised learning methods including Linear Regression, Decision Trees, and Neural Networks. The choice of algorithm depended on the use case, dataset size, and complexity. The selected algorithm was trained on a subset of the data, ensuring accuracy and generalizability. Model performance was assessed using metrics such as mean squared error or root mean squared error. Overall, my data analytics and data science efforts involved collaboration, dataset collection, feature engineering, algorithm selection, training, and model evaluation using appropriate metrics.

Research Officer

I spearheaded the project "Health Status and Healthcare-Seeking Behavior Assessment among Elderly Citizens in Bangladesh" from inception to completion. My responsibilities encompassed designing research methodologies, conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews, and performing data analysis. I collaborated closely with the project investigator to craft scientific reports. Moreover, I leveraged data from Bangladesh's Household Income and Expenditure Survey. Using a Python Jupyter notebook and the SciKit Learn package, I developed multiple models employing diverse methods such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, Naive Bayes, KNN, K-means, and Random Forest. Additionally, I utilized Microsoft Excel and STATA for data analysis purposes. Throughout the project, I played a pivotal role in handling the study concept, implementation, research methodologies, data analysis, and reporting. By applying advanced analytical techniques and utilizing appropriate tools, I contributed to a comprehensive understanding of the health status and healthcare-seeking behavior among elderly citizens in Bangladesh.
