These Tableau platforms replaced the company's previous platforms, which had been in use for over 12 years since 2011. The platform buildout required data wrangling & analysis of KPI's, using Python, & the creation of sandbox environments with Multi Parameter Selection for stakeholders to form their optimal deployment schemas.

Managed transactions on a 3M sq ft corporate real estate portfolio across 18 countries in APAC for a S&P 100 company. Coordinated with tenant representation, investment, project mgmt, & construction mgmt teams to advise & deliver on the client requirements. This success was concluding occupier transactions in fourteen (14) countries as well as overseeing investment transactions in China, Japan & India. Using Power BI, I developed & delivered presentations which cross- pollinated portfolio & market research data with the goal of identifying portfolio inefficiencies to help identify key insights for business decisions on 3 year cycles.

Communicated findings & insight to non-technical stakeholders around the world who were unfamiliar of market conditions in Asia.
