During my tenure as a Technical Project Coordinator Intern at Tesla, I was entrusted with the responsibility of effectively liaising between engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to drive project milestones to completion. Here are some of my core responsibilities and achievements: Project Management: Assisted in the end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery, and adhering to Tesla's stringent quality standards. Technical Collaboration: Collaborated closely with engineers, ensuring technical requirements were clearly understood and translated into actionable project steps. Data Analysis: Utilized tools like Tableau, and MS Excel to track, analyze, and present project metrics, identifying areas for process optimization. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly presented project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project status and future directions. Resource Allocation: Played a key role in resource allocation, ensuring optimal distribution of manpower and equipment for timely project completion.
