Operations Manager

Occupied various roles during employment at NCS. Promoted twice from Warehouse Supervisor to Warehouse Manager to Operations Manager. Responsibilities included: - Supervision and Management of Regional Warehouse daily operations - Supply chain management of NCS products. Ensured inventory quality control, accuracy, and maintenance of warehouse - Planned, monitored and maximized store budgets and product inventory, purchasing and sales which led to inventory accuracy - Managed all controllable costs to keep operations profitable - Ensured compliance with company rules, state regulations and safety requirement were followed, including the safety and workability of warehouse equipment and items - Maintained high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of products, including dealing with all issues that arose from staff or customers - Management of a team of warehouse employees included a mobile fleet, route drivers, and warehouse associates. - Interviewed and selectively hired qualified candidates - Ensured team members received thorough training, and were achieving the highest degree of detail and focus on every task.
