Strengthened the partnership with Danish Government resulting in a continued funding of 50,000 USD every year for partnership projects in Rwanda. Conducted capacity building in fundraising and grant writing for 50+ volunteer. The organization raised capital and made partnership with public organization to host a two international conferences with 3000+ the following year. Analyzed, reported and published data on a case study of teacher’s barriers while conducting sex and reproductive health education in Primary and Secondary schools in Rwanda resulting in a revision of the national curriculum on sex and reproductive health and right education. Implemented monitoring and evaluation of the second phase of the Youth Education, and Advocacy Project, devised a strategy to address delays resulting in successful 100% achievement of objective before the deadline.
