Working at Digital Engravers Limited To improve the process efficiency & Quality we work in the Base section , when I started working in the factory they have monthly 120 Pcs cylinder rejection and Cupper plating Oder/thickness was 350-450 micron. After implementing the Industrial Engineering & lean tools & techniques we are able to reduce the the number pf rejection with 20 Pcs per month and plating order become 200-250 micron. They have another difficult problem in delivery schedule and we implement the Kanban to FIFO (First in First Out). Their on time delivey rate increase up to 99%.
