• Manage projects of increased complexity and scope. Involved from pre-sale through to support handoff. Perform requirement gathering workshops with clients in order to understand their unique needs and perform solution design based on their input. • Gathered requirements from client stakeholders to develop user stories for custom features, reports, and platform enhancements. Monitor JIRA to stay updated on development status, as well as deliver custom features, train end users, and perform UAT. • Regularly consult with Product Owners to identify industry trends and changes in technology uses and challenges.
