Implemented unit testing for a major telecommunications client's IoT portal, overseeing testing for over 1 million devices, leveraging Selenium to automate and enhance the process, resulting in a 15% increase in ticket resolution rate  Collaborated in an agile development environment and created bug reports by sourcing through tickets on Jira. Communicated effectively with client and their product development team by communicating the bugs in the portal to their developers  Recipient of the STAR award at Capgemini for outstanding work during the project. Led a team of 4 during my onboarding training to first place in a real-time file sharing application project which we made using C/C++ and socket programming
