Contributed to the company's advancement of precision medicine by providing a centralized source of information on drugs, their properties, and their relationship with cancer genomics. * I led a team collecting publicly available cancer genomics patient datasets from data sources like cBioPortal, which include TCGA, MSK, etc. Also, we created an internal database to capture available data points such as clinical drug responses, demographics, and other information. * Also, the team worked on creating a database of genomics of different cancer cell lines and captured various drugs' in-vitro drug responses in terms of IC50 data.
