Business Intelligence Analyst

Conducted analyses of certain credit products at the Bank in order to identify a decrease in the portfolio and customer churn. Conducted market basket analyses of credit, investment and savings products, insurance, and transactional services offered by the Bank in order to increase customer cross-selling. Clustered customers based on their credit card usage behavior for targeted push notification delivery and to encourage card usage at affiliated merchants. Using customer available data, I identified potential new customers for credit products in order to propose targeted promotional commercial campaigns to the board of directors.

Data Analyst

Conducted analyses that helped define, based on the historical dropout behavior of applicants, the number of candidates that should participate in the selection phase to conclude the search and selection process with the headcount requested by the client. Developed dashboards for monitoring metrics in sales, operations, billing, and collections departments. This were then included in the Business Operational Center. Automated report construction and delivery for clients in the retail industry of the company, from data extraction at point of sale to the generation and delivery of information to the client.
