Managed the selection, training, and deployment of 50 enumerators and supervisors to verify 38 milestones of the Ministry of Health-implemented USAID Fixed Amount Reimbursement Agreement (FARA) project in 6 counties in Liberia, for year 4, 5 and 6, results of which is used to determine reimbursable amount to the government of Liberia. Managed all aspect of data collection using SurveyCTO and ensured high data quality, designing electronic data collection tool, regularly reviewing uploaded data and providing feedback to field teams through various channels. Cleaned data, contributed to analysis and reporting, and presentation to clients and stakeholders.
