- Responsible for generating the results of the "Censo Étnico-Racial Interseccional ID_BR", accumulated experience with more than 20 Censuses carried out and more than 60 thousand people impacted. - Participation in the entire flow of the "Censo Étnico-Racial Interseccional ID_BR", from alignment with stakeholders, definition of strategies for data collection and processing, generation of results, preparation of reports and presentation of results. - ESG: Working in partnership with ID_BR's team of specialists in Diversity & Inclusion to serve more than 40 companies that are part of the Selo Sim à Igualdade Racial journey in the mission to accelerate the promotion of racial equality in the labor market. - Responding to demands from other areas of the Institute: conducting surveys, using public databases, managing databases, monitoring indicators and building dashboards. - Adaptation to the rules of the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD).
