Data Scientist

-Conducted Data Analysis to sample demographics and Data Visualizations to show audience trends in audio listening across the US. -Used Data and Predictive Modeling techniques to predict listener behavior and churn. -Delivered accurate radio audience measurements and maintained sample proportionality for 49 radio markets with panels comprising of 40K households.

-Collected and analyzed survey data from a diverse pilot program for GenderIDEAL Assessment participants, supporting workplaces in enhancing gender equity through data-driven insights. -Analyzed data from 24 diverse companies, each completing a 125-question Gender IDEAL assessment, generating customized Benchmark and Recommendation Reports for each company.

This included identifying the business problem, extracting the data from various sources, preparing and transforming the data, doing exploratory data analysis, doing feature engineering, building different models, both supervised and unsupervised, using machine learning algorithms, data visualization using Tableau and presenting the results to non technical stakeholders.
