During my time at UnitedHealth Group I was promoted multiple times and grew in different Areas of the company. I started as Data Analyst pulling operations data, then moved into the Sr Clinical Quality Analyst where I created Quality Documents for specific customers and verified statistically that medical care was being met. I would present my findings to large groups and create a large document that presented my findings. I then Moved into the role of Sr Data Analyst where I analyzed large amounts of data and helped the Sr Clinical Quality Analyst analyze their individual programs. I created Tableau Dashboards for all the regions within this large area. The next role was Data Analyst Consultant in this role I was consulting on many diverse projects as a Business Analyst and Analytical Reporting developer. This job allowed me to work on a project that moved data from diverse databases to the big data platform (Hadoop). I also worked on project to create a reporting website, I worked on the data measures and how the SQL would calculate them. Finally, I moved into the Role of Business Data Analyst Consultant where I worked with a team of nurses to report and solve for HEDIS related measures.
