Crafted intricate yet user-friendly Looker dashboards customised for Consumer Finance, offering invaluable insights into the entire customer journey. These dashboards featured detailed funnel flows, empowering stakeholders to effortlessly navigate and interpret crucial data points, leading to a 20% increase in finance attachment rate. Utilised DBT akin to data engineers to streamline data transformation within data warehouses, enhancing overall efficiency. Pioneered the development of comprehensive and standardised DBT tests to guarantee the reliability of our models and helped reduce data inaccuracy by 66%. Conducted numerous A/B experiment analyses, including one focused on adding a 'Deals' section to the TLN. This change enhanced customer visibility across entry points and increased the Gross Profit per Unit (GPU) by £16 per vehicle. Oversaw report alerts and schedules, and authored a comprehensive runbook for training purposes.
