- Researched, reviewed, and analyzed WIOA Performance Reporting to determine compliance with Federal reporting requirements and to discover insights used by Program Leads to make business decisions. - Queried large data sets in SQL Server to create interactive Excel and PowerBI dashboards used by local Worksource Offices. - Created an interactive dashboard for the Migrant & Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) program that identified number of participant services, employment after exit, and median income, with the ability to dissect data from statewide to office - Created interactive dashboards of Washington State’s Quarterly Report Analysis (QRA) in PowerBI that analyzed reporting numbers for WIOA programs by quarter, by office, and by services for use by administration to identify insights to make business decisions - Collaborated with multiple teams, divisions, and offices, using AGILE, to create projects and guidance used across the organization.
