• Concentrated recruiting efforts on Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals in areas fighting the COVID-19 pandemic • Produced over $9 million in revenue since 2020, with over $1 million in annual profit margins in both 2021 and 2022 • In-depth daily interviews with 2-4 nurses and techs, then submitted to immediate RN and Allied Health roles to multiple hospital systems with COVID-19 positive patients • Established markets in areas across Texas, Georgia, New Jersey, and Florida • Maintained contact with candidates through onboarding process and assignments • Created multiple pipelines through marketing of job postings and managing candidate outreach • Built out interview templates from scratch that were adopted by the company
