My role as an Education Manager has been the accountability of quality management and leadership through the focus and development of high- quality teaching materials and resources that promote the Institute's Educational Excellence Framework. I have been accountable for: - Managing and facilitating the validation of assessment strategies across all operational areas and maintaining a continuous improvement register in accordance with registration standards - Ensuring compliance with all legislation, regulatory standards, government and governance requirements, quality processes, financial delegations and Institute policies - Collaborating with teaching teams, facilitating the review of Training and Assessment Strategies and Delivery and Assessment Strategies - Examining and making recommendations on alternative flexible delivery strategies for students - Proposing and implementing a range of programs/courses for future delivery together with other Education Managers and Teachers. - Recording, monitoring and recommending changes to ensure continuous improvement in teaching operations, considering fiscal parameters - Maintaining professional development to ensure vocational and educational currency and excellence
