Responsible for assisting in the operational management of the Bank’s bullion services. Some key highlights include: Implemented improved operational measures and policies that promoted currency transit efficiency. Prepared and submitted a Satisfactory KPMG audit report. Led my team of 8 on the merger of cash centers between former Diamond Bank and Access Bank in Kaduna State. Job responsibilities: 1) Finance - Monitoring monthly cash burn. Following up and clearing all CBN open items. Develop, process, and authorize disbursement of funds for security personnel. Preparing, analyzing, and ensuring the regular rendering of ATM reconciliation and general ledger proofs. Verification of incoming and outgoing stocks. Tools: Ms. Outlook and Ms. Dynamic 365. 3) Logistics - Management of intra-state and inter-state species travel and logistics. Strategically map out, plan and manage movement schedule. Tools: Ms. Outlook and Ms. Teams. 4) Information management - Manages operations information. Represents Bank at CBN’s monthly engagements. 5) Customer interfacing – Daily engagement of internal customers in over 20 branches to implement improved operational measures and policies that promote logistics efficiency. 6) Hub Management- Supervise facility management. Ensured that the team had adequate facilities, equipment, and software.
