Led my team of 8 on the merger of cash centers between former Diamond Bank and Access Bank in Kaduna State. Job responsibilities: 1) Finance - Monitoring monthly cash burn. Strategically map out, plan and manage movement schedule. Tools: Ms. Outlook and Ms. Teams. 4) Information management - Manages operations information. Represents Bank at CBN’s monthly engagements. 5) Customer interfacing – Daily engagement of internal customers in over 20 branches to implement improved operational measures and policies that promote logistics efficiency. 6) Hub Management- Supervise facility management. Ensured that the team had adequate facilities, equipment, and software.
