Planning and Data Engineer

• Designed, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines to collect, process, and store drilling and gas processing plant operational data from various sources, including, well, rigs, sensors and monitoring systems. • Developed interactive visualization reports and Dashboards using PowerBI, providing actionable insights to stake holders and facilitating data driven decision making. • Performed retrieval of data using SQL queries to perform analysis. • Worked extensively on digitizing projects to convert field data and physical records into electronic formats using scanning and data entry techniques. • Prepared project metrics, cost estimations, summary sheets and project reports, schedules/GANTT Charts (Maintenance, Shutdown, etc.) for planned activities in MS Project and Primavera for management review and evaluations. • Analyzed drilling data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to drilling operations. • Implemented quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of drilling operation data. • Performed identification of optimal drilling parameters based on the data analysis on well and offset well data and also carried out exploratory data analysis (EDA) on plant data. • Created project metrics, charts, summary sheets and project baselines for management review and evaluations. • Prepared technical layouts and diagrams and flowcharts.
