Control over the execution of the works carried out in the multidisciplinary project "Madina Depot (120 M€) being part of the "Haramain High Speed Railway Project" on its second phase. These works connect the islamic holy cities of Makkah and Madinah within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) • Implementation, monitoring and document the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspection & Tests Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures narrated in the Project. • To ensure that the QA/QC Engineers responsible for individual projects conduct inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per the Project QA/QC plan, contract specifications and Company Quality System and provide support, guidance and resources. • Conduct Internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule, initiate and follow up Non- Conformance Report (NCR) till close-out, once the activities are deviated from the Contract specifications. • Work closely with the site Engineering Manager / Project Manager to ensure that all material and non material submittals, method statements and other submissions are prepared, verified and submitted. • Maintain quality records related to the project, which ensures proper identification, traceability • Conduct regular inspections at Site Stores to check procedures are being followed. • Prepare weekly / monthly reports to be submitted to the consultant, etc as applicable and review Daily reports of actual QA/QC activities accomplished during the day, review and follow-up problem areas for resolution • Conduct Second Party Audits on subcontractors/suppliers as per project requirement and coordinate with them to obtain customer feedback. • Preparation QA/QC plans and Inspection Test Plans • Coordinate with Site Laboratory and Testing Agencies to ensure all requisite tests are properly done • Follow-up on Close-out of projects in coordination with managers • Coordinate with Project / Facility Managers to obtain customer feedback
