Marketing Operations Manager

- Owned and managed the entire global Marketing technology stack for Forto. Scope included all platforms, integrations, vendor relationships, team trainings and upskilling, and overseeing toolstack budget. - Conceptualized, built and implemented foundational methodologies across the revenue organization. These included models for lead and account scoring, prospect grading, source tracking, asset IDs, segmentation, multi- touch attribution and marketing-to-sales workstream optimisation amongst others. - Designed bespoke GDPR, data governance and privacy framework for the Marketing organization. Implemented and automated across six different languages and all markets within our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). - Responsible for all funnel, lifecycle and KPI reporting between Marketing and Sales organisations. Led bi-weekly standups to maintain a close collaboration between the two teams, focusing on ways to continuously improve lead generation, stage-to-stage conversion and performance campaign optimization. - Oversaw all global campaign management. Worked with all functions of Marketing team to design solutions that utilize Marketing technology for all campaigns, use cases and strategy. Provided strategic guidance and direction for maximizing their digital effectiveness and building all workflow automation. - Lead and executed the global implementation of HubSpot, oversaw successful migration of all existing workstreams from Pardot to new platform.

Global Marketing Operations Manager

- Spearheaded the development, building, implementation, and optimization of automated B2B chatbot and AI solutions across all of Sitel's global markets via the Drift platform. Lead the development of strategies and initiatives that augment and enhance Sitel Group's B2B marketing and sales campaigns, while driving recruiting, agent, and B2C traffic as well. In over one year, this project returned almost 800% ROI while generating $300M in global pipeline value. - Global campaign project management.
